Description:	This role is for the store manager of a new pizza franchise opening in north east Cardiff. The role involves the day-to-day management of the outlet and working towards and exceeding performance targets. The role also represents a significant opportunity to entrepreneurial applicants, there is strong potential for career progression within the company and applicants will be required to show a desire to fulfil these ambitions. Applicants should meet the following criteria: Required Skills • Man management skills • Competence with I.T. systems • Confident dealing with the public on the telephone and face-to-face. Required Experience • Experience with managing food franchises Desirable Experience • 1 or more years managing food franchises The role’s starting salary is negotiable and there are opportunities to earn incentive-based financial bonuses. The working week is shift-based.
