This means setting up the margins, spacing and fonts for a covering application letter and putting in an auto-update date and your contact information, in between which you can simply type the information which relates to the job you are applying for.

Also make sure that you have your referees on hand too as you don’t want to have to waste time tracking down three people who will vouch for you. You will also need to take the time to make sure they will make suitable referees too.
